This design for the Stadshellingen in the Kop van de Staart logically and consequentially acts through the various levels of interest and attraction at regional, urban and local scale that the peculiar landscape and proximity qualities fairly demand especially according to the Municipality Masterplan developed in the Regional frame. The Statshellingen design is a starting piece of a process phase of the all kop and therefore it foreruns some of its developments but leaves open room to adapt without assuming any burden of too complex scenarios for the whole area, not pretending to solve all its problems at once in a unique intervention.
