The e-house is located in the heart of the historical centre of Rome. The project has mediated between the initial complicated property and structural situation and the strong binds of the building. The 1st level is organized with a daily prestige floor, with living and dining room. All the windows of the living room are glazed doors opening on the terrace, they contribute to insert the cityscape inside. A light steel stairs ensures the connection between the various levels and one of the entrance that results on an intermediate height, memory of the pre-existent spatial situation. The 2nd level is organized with the bedrooms, a study area with a library wall and a little private living. The roof is a great terraced surface, the pergolas and climbing plants permit shadow and to use it also during the summer time. The enlighten and technological system are integrated in the walls.
