Room for development and room for the river. On the edge of the Holthuys neighborhood in the city of Twello, DS is working with the municipality to create a new zone called the Fliert river valley. Designing and building this landscape will be the driving force behind new development combining ecology, housing, recreation, and agriculture. The Fliert, a stream, is the foundation of the analysis of the landscape in this area. Its restoration anchors new development in a historical and ecological reality.
