The project organizes 34 housing units within a 10 levels tower. Community spaces are designed along the whole height of the building. Two green rooms are inserted in the façade taking advantage of the installations vertical packs. In the last floor there is a community terrace with flexible spaces that can be used for several activities. The panel system used in the façade, a part of the advantages derived by the technical characteristics of the solution, defines a good support for climbing vegetation that grows in the community spaces, in the ground floor and in the attic. In this way the tower becomes an ideal prolongation of the green and colored space of Plaça dels Eucaliptus.
