Portrait of my father:A pair of handmade paper lungs suspended in a bell jar. Video imagery of red ink seeping through coarse paper is projected onto the lungs, creating the illusion of movement. The lungs appear to fill with blood after which the blood-soaked tissue is removed piece-by-piece.Video projection on paper lungs, bell jar, wood table, DVD player, video projector, mirror.
