huge program (office,residences , 5 star hotel, retail, 3500 parkings..) and a small plot surrounded by roads...the idea was to create a variety of spatial qualities and public spaces in both horizontal and vertical positions (tower-plazza-towers)and pedestrian connection to metro and park...the client was not ready for this...
