The second variable was the possibility of using the continual façade to solve the commission inside the block, around a yard, as it is done in the center of the Talca city. The difference is that in this case, there were not enough buildings to surround the yard; therefore, more than half of the project was focused on solving the issue of this space. This emptiness would deliver all the information to develop a hybrid program: it would be in charge of shaping some artificial landscape, through color and light, of the time when the precincts should be occupied. As there was no possibility to transform the space, the project was posed more from a sensitive than from a formal aspect.
