Christmas is every day, buy is the whole day! Lisbon's city centre suffers from the lack of activities and physical support to claim more people to their streets at different hours of the day. We purpose that shops should be opened day and night and that the main street should be covered with fibre optics. The scheme should work as an installation, capable of creating a spectacle always different and depending on ground activities and atmosphere conditions. This would create the conditions for people to gather and enjoy "Baixa" at different times of the day during the whole year.
