The growth of private transportation and commuter movements has triggered a phenomenon of occupation and flux that is in its limits. As a result the urban environment has become slave of private transportation. Building car parks is only one of a broader town planning strategy towards quality of urban life. We purpose a system based on a structural module capable of varying and integrating other facilities, a mechanism that permits a wide variety of forms, occupations and integrations, but whose essence is present in all shapes created. lingoPark is a proposition for a city flooded by cars that tries desperately to find a solution. A system is created, between the generic and the specific, able to be customised, integrated in different ways and inhabited by different facilities.
