2006 _ polite music player
music is an important part of our everyday lives, populated with mp3 generation music players, different musical tastes, cultural meanings and social behaviours. But often, especially in public transports, we have noisy neighbours, generating at least annoying situations, questioning where and how we should deal with personal and public psychological boundaries. Recently a commuter has started an online petition calling for a ban on playing loud music on London public transports. The campaigners say loud music is a form of anti-social behaviour. Polite music consists in incorporating a movement sensor in the headphones, enable to recognise when someone is nearby and automatic diminishing the sound volume in the device.
