The proposal, based on sensorial experiences , wants to transmit a magnitude that cause emotion, breathtaking and simultaneously confidence.Growing from the waterfront, the monument creates a platform culminating on a cristalized representation of “wave” (a tsunami wave as much as an exceptional nature calamity) . Both powerlessness and hope are present in the space.The visitor experience is based on oposed feelings.
