The house is a private residence positioned in the neighbourhood of 6 larger villas. The main quality of the site is a beautiful view to the existing common park with oaks over 100 years old. Therefore the aim of the building was to open view from all main spaces of the house towards these trees. The building is constructed in half-levels. In the heart of the building is a stepped courtyard-small auditorium; all the main spaces are facing it. The cladding of the façade in the ground floor is the cut stone sheets. The first floor is made of precast wooden panels. The rooms facing neighbours and the road have wooden shelters. The client is a software engineer therefore most of the functions of the house will be computer controlled; the shading system, alarm system, lights, air conditions etc…
