The proposal for the “Golootočkih Žrtava” square wants to create a new spatiality and a new identity for the Podgorica station area. Placing itself as a fusion point between the oldest and the newly built Podgorica, the new square becomes the point of mediation between the different parts of the city, generating a new hub for the area, thanks also to the recent redevelopment project of the nearby former Jusovača prison.
