is to overcome the operational and functional limits of two existing specialized libraries by using 3d virtual reality world (vrml) as a third, synergetic library on the web. static striated spaces have been conceptually absorbed into animated topologic and time-based interactive units. the functional basis of the library grows into a library as a field of forces that shapes a world with its own physical qualities and limitations, a virtual topological body. the support of related hyperlinked frames equipped with search engines, audio-video streamers and animated diagrams creates a mobile condition of further exchange within previously dislocated original territories.
