it is a case study in which four institutions share the same infrastructural interest: private and state owned, political and cultural. this case study, located in amsterdam, it testing the limits of the adaptive spatial organization, which are driven by the 24/7 motivation of the service-based business institutions. common questions of the collective and the individual, shared ownerships of property and time are only but few topics, covered within this project.
