Taking advantage of the development of high buildings in the south of Mexico City, IDEA Asociados joins this growing activity designing a residential complex where the most important value is quality of life. The project was divided into two towers with a total of 144 apartments; the first tower has 26 levels and the second 23, both surrounded by 3,000 sq m of green areas. The property had an old house that was decided to be incorporated to the project and is the space intended for the amenities of all residents. A party room, gym, library, lounge for adults and a pool shape the new program giving a different character to the complex and is an allure for residents and their guests.
