(with VWA architectes) The project of the future headquarters of the "Aigle Noire" is a delicate balance between open spaces and built spaces. The tension created between the different poles of identity promotes the spatial coherence and allows fluid physical links and visual connections between the structural elements of the site.shared garden and sports areas structure the residential area and highlight the key buildings of the project. The concentration of various natures of buildings in a limited area (EMS, sheltered housing, schools and residential areas), shared open spaces and circulation frame, help to promote coexistence and intergenerational exchanges. Plantations of trees, meadows, ponds and infiltration vegetated swales help diversify atmospheres and filter views between sectors.
