For the 2014 edition, the organisers of the Rockavilla Festival asked to Oblò to design a small temporary pavilion to be used as a relax area.
The very limited resources available suggest to opt for a clear selection of few constructions materials, mostly recycled and almost for free.
The Chill-out pavilion emphasizes the calmness and intimacy of the timbered bay delimited by the existing trees. The semi-transparent fabric both allows visitors to glimpse at the life happening inside and let the catenaries light spread through the park, making the pavilion stand out as a lantern, continuously and smoothly vibrating as it emerges from the underwood. oblò + Giulia Celentano and Alberto D'Asaro
