The rules of this competition were intended to create a new building to contain a huge sized program which forced us to design a large-scale building. At the beginning of the urban context analysis, we asked ourselves about the convenience of the program, and then we understood that in the perimeter of the site all the uses were filled, existing an auditorium, parking, commercial spaces and a mediatheque in the nearest context.
