The new science museum of Naples proposed a new approach for the museum typology which takes inspiration from the industrial building of the early twenty century.
the new urban distribution of the park aims to create a new public space with alternation of small urban plaza transforming the park in a small city.
the facade inspired by the porosity of the tuff and the roman `Opus Reticulatum` creates a pattern which at night will resemble the fire which destroyed the previous factory; the building will act as a lantern bringing the memory of the tragic event alive every night.
