(Master thesis) Design with water is the method with which the urgent theme of the hydraulic risk deals in the Seveso torrent case study, with the target of giving form to a landscape constructed on the dynamics of water. The experimental application of a holistic approach is measured in the design of a multifunctional infrastructure, able of managing the problem of flooding, water pollution and ecological structures fragmentation and depletion. The project investigate the possibility of distributing the torrent lamination volumes inside its valley, through the recovery of the minor hydraulic structures, with the aim to realize a resilient infrastructure, that reduces flooding damages and improve river health and at the same time gives form to public spaces that collect, purify and recycle water. An infrastructure in which water and people alternate in the space occupation, giving life to a landscape that lives in the transformation.
