The project respond to the require of equip the lot with a new building which can converse with the urban and landscape scale, inserting itself into the background of Mainz with balance. Particularly, the connection with the new master plan of the city and the river is recap from the construction following compositional logics, distribution and material technology. In this way the building is designed from the Reno river as a diaphragm into the landscape. Two subjects have guided the project: the volumetric and material contextualization of the building into the landscape; the development of building type which answer to the necessity of the client following the economic feasibility. The project envisage the achievement of 5 floors (ground floor + 4 floors) and a technical room at the roofing that can be used as a residence. All that was designed respecting the rules and dimensional limits requested from the contest.
