The project is a part of a major plan to transform the whole area (41,000 sqm) in a sort of city dedicated to the production and exhibition of art, including cinemas, museums, workshops, performance sites, residences for artists. The site is surrounded by a natural, tropical scenery. The first phase (13,800 sqm) involves the construction of three major buildings: a Tea House and Offices, a Cinema and Museum and a Residence for the Artists.
