Gaza strip
The project, based on a UNRWA program, tries, thanks to a sustainable approach, to answer to all the issues that characterize gaza strip. For those reasons the school is designed with local materials and traditional solutions as for instance rammed earth as thermal mass, straw bales for thermal insulation, masharabya for shading, water harvesting and phytodepuration to control the consumption of water. The school is designed to accommodate around 1000 students.
