Apartment initially with two living rooms and three bedrooms of reduced dimensions. It was decided to demolish two non-structural masonry to create spatial continuity between interior rooms and the courtyard. A room was lost, gaining the housing a room adjusted to the future residents needs. Interior remodeling of the kitchen cabinets and construction of two shelves. "Surgical" intervention with few economic resources.
