The rehabilitation of an ex school into a nursing house for eldery people, grown up around the sustaintables, comfortables and economical approaches. The structure allow an organic distribuition of the spaces, from the spaces dedicated to the spare time, through the quiet sleeping area, until reach the last floor used for the physical welfare and the mental health.The building is characterized by strategy of environmental sustaintability, like photovoltaic and solar panels on the roof, the choise of local materials with characteristics of thermical and acoustic insulation, the rainwater system and the system for natural ventilation inside.
