In order to open these systems to everyone our project provides a open structure and a
digital platform.The open double-high structure remains in the property of the housing company
being avaiable just for long term rent (Erbpacht) cutting out the Land from the speculative process.
The digital platform creates a framework of negotiation between people usually excluded from traditional participative models who, despite modest financial means, getting
together can directly enter the real estate market as developers.
