Compendium is the place of spirituality, meant as collective and individual dimensions. An inner research area from which the matter gets out, available to the community for activities related to the contemplative and to the practice of spiritual disciplines, with the presence of social and cultural functions. The choice of an austere and monolithic architecture reflects the desire to use the material in an essential way, strengthening its power of expression, in order to generate a suitable connection between form and meaning, giving it poetic qualities. Water and light penetrate the building through cuts, fragmenting and permeating the space, with the aim of generating a strong empathy with the surrounding environment.
