Technological progress may have made living in our homes easier, but the continuous change in the way we experience interior spaces has become a reality not to be underestimated.
In a time when it is increasingly rare for new generations to afford to leave the parental home, the original environments in which one grew up are forced to adapt to accommodate a multitude of fluidly changing needs and wants; and, as our parents had to re-invent living life in limited surroundings, our current spaces, even if more in number, are challenged to become multi-functional, chaotic, inherently marked by an eclectic mix of styles and influences.
Our proposal is framed within a process in walking, whereby passing through chaos spaces one reaches personal space as aspired by new generations: such as a rebirth from confusion.
