This new city has the technology to convert waste of its own making, as well as of others, into something useful, new, and constructive. The new technology is the foundation of the city’s health and wealth. The positive ‘excess’ of this technology creates a system of shared spaces and amenities. The deposit of trash is an act of celebration- an investment in the future. Basic needs like transportation, education, and health care are provided. Every child born of the city has equal resources. The wealth of the parent plays no part in the social hierarchy of the citizens.
As the city grows and changes, it is a filter for other cities. Like a virus, it transforms their waste and pollution; leaving them strengthened and subtly charged with an imprint for growth.
